I appreciated the hotel's excellent location near Paulista Avenue, which was perfect for my business needs. On the downside, the hotel is in dire need of maintenance and is quite dated overall. The indifferent service from the staff certainly took away from the experience, leaving me with mixed feelings about my stay.
